Our 2021 Holiday Concert is finally here! Members worked brilliantly to create a virtual holiday concert with both classical and holiday music. We hope you enjoy the concert and the wonderful music from our talented artists. WMCU wishes everyone a happy holiday season and a happy New Year!

On February 2nd, 2020, Where Music Carries Us performed for the senior citizens living at Acorn Glen Assisted Living in Princeton, NJ. Our performers put on stellar performances, spreading joy through music and giving everyone a fun and happy experience. There were many different instruments, ranging from vocals to a flute duet. On December 22nd, 2019, Where Music Carries Us held a concert at Whispering Knolls Assisted Living in Edison NJ. The concert had many talented musicians play for the audience, including both traditional instruments as well as Chinese ones. Members played together for many compositions, allowing for new friendships and bonds for people to work together.

On December 20th, 2019, Where Music Carries Us held a concert for Homefront in Trenton. Members played instruments and sang along with holiday spirit for all to hear, inspiring happiness and cheer. Christmas hats were given to members of the audience as well, along with small treats. This event was truly special to tie people

On October 12th, 2019, Where Music Carries Us brought together the community and people of all ages for a concert at the Scotch Plains Library in New Jersey. Old members and new members alike shared a wonderful concert involving lots of performances. Performances included singing, playing the flute, and many other talented members also participated

On September 9th, 2019, Where Music Carries Us brought together members to play music and sing at Brandywine Living in Pennington, NJ, as part of their celebration of National Assisted Living Week (September 8-14). The performers, some young and some high school aged, played a unique variety of instruments such as woodwinds and Chinese traditional instruments.

On August 7th, Where Music Carries Us brought woodwind players to Princeton Christian Church for an educational concert about the woodwind family of instruments. One performer playing each instrument presented their instrument to the campers. Some of the wonderful repertoire presented was a flute choir rendition of “You Raise Me Up,” Haydn’s London Trio, and Psalm 19,
